Sessions with your assigned therapist are on a weekly basis (same day & time) for 45 minutes. We provide an initial 15 minute phone consultation to discuss what you are looking for from therapy and to go over logistical information. All sessions are conducted via Telehealth.
At this time, our therapy services are only being offered to adult individuals.
We don’t always create the time to reflect on our life and understand our internal struggles. Therapy is a consistent, allotted time to address your concerns, create new goals, understand how experiences interrelate to current functioning, recognize and utilize your strengths, and create strategies to manage and fulfill your life. Throughout this evolution, we are here to provide ongoing support as we navigate your life together.
You and your therapist will spend time understanding what led you to seek therapy, specifically identifying crucial life experiences and their impact as well as mental and behavioral patterns that are ultimately creating barriers in your life. You will also focus on the here and now as a proactive means to move you forward as you develop meaningful insights and self awareness. Keep in mind that each therapist offers a unique style and approach. We want to make sure your therapy experience is customized to your goals.
